<p>The HR officer supports the HR-department, consisting of three colleagues. He or she is responsible for the entire day-to-day HR administration and provides assistance to projects. Takes care of  contracts, correspondence and accurate archiving. The HR officer is the first contact for all questions from employees and prepares the input for payroll. Supports recruitment activities, conducts procedures for starters and leavers and prepares HR overviews.</p>
<p>Candidates should have an HBO-degree and two years of experience within a comparable role as HR officer. He or she is an excellent organiser and has perfect oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. The ideal candidate is accurate and proactive, flexible and is able to work in a hectic environment.</p>

<p>The HR advisor manages and delivers HR services to the locations and supports the implementation of the strategic goals of the business unit on location level. Ensures optimal information flow and seamless execution and coordination of all HR processes at the location. He or she manages the industrial relations at the location, including maintaining collective labor agreements, representation in negotiations and work councils. The HR advisor is the key contact for all employees (250 fte) and managers at the location for questions regarding collective labor agreements, HR policies and practices. Leads or actively participates in projects and initiatives and ensures efficient local HR administration. The Hr advisor will be working 1 day p/week in Belgium (Gent)!<br />
Qualifications<br />
Candidates should have a HBO degree in human sciences or related experience and five years of hands-on experience in HR. He or she has working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations and experience in the development of HR policies. Experience with work councils and absenteeism  is required, as well as English language fluency. The ideal candidate has experience in working for a multinational, manufacturing company. The location is hard to reach by public transport, so he or she should be in possession.</p>
<p>Offered is a job as a solo HR advisor for a period of six months, as a replacement for the current HR advisor’s pregnancy leave. gross monhly salary € 4.000,-.<br />

De HR consultant coördineert het recruitmentproces, ondersteunt initiatieven omtrent medewerkersbetrokkenheid voor de verschillende locaties en volgt Arbo-activiteiten en ziektedossiers. Hij of zij Informeert managers over performance management. Analyseert de ontwikkelplannen en coördineert trainingen. Verzorgt tevens de administratieve handelingen met betrekking tot CAO-opvolging, mutaties, rapportages, data management, opleidingen, sociale verzekeringen in België en PMO in Nederland. De consultant is een dag per week werkzaam in Antwerpen/Gent.</p>
<p>De gezoche kandidaat heeft een HBO-opleiding op het gebied van P&amp;O en minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een generalistische (geen management!) HR-functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving. Hij of zij heeft goede kennis van de Nederlandse sociale wetgeving, is zelfstandig en toont initiatief. Doet dit voor verschillende doelgroepen, variërend van Marketing &amp; Sales, Finance tot Operations. De HR consultant coördineert het recruitmentproces, ondersteunt initiatieven omtrent medewerkersbetrokkenheid voor de verschillende locaties en volgt Arbo-activiteiten en ziektedossiers. Hij of zij Informeert managers over performance management. Analyseert de ontwikkelplannen en coördineert trainingen. Verzorgt tevens de administratieve handelingen met betrekking tot CAO-opvolging, mutaties, rapportages, data management, opleidingen, sociale verzekeringen in België en PMO in Nederland. De consultant is een dag per week werkzaam in Antwerpen/Gent.</p>
<p>De gezoche kandidaat heeft een HBO-opleiding op het gebied van P&amp;O en minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een generalistische (geen management!) HR-functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving. Hij of zij heeft goede kennis van de Nederlandse sociale wetgeving, is zelfstandig en toont initiatief. Is   hands-on en een vlotte communicator met een vloeiende kennis van de Nederlandse en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal. </p>
<p>Geboden wordt een tijdelijke functie (fulltime) vanaf september voor circa 6 &#8211; 8 maanden in een internationale omgeving. Het bruto jaarsalaris is maximaal € 59.000,-.</p>
