In verband met de groeidoelstelling van de opdrachtgever is de Hr adviseur verantwoordelijk voor de werving & selectie van nieuwe medewerkers. Voert beoordelinggesprekken, functioneringsgesprekken en PIP/POP gesprekken met de consultants. Hij of zij houdt zich bezig met ziekteverzuimbegeleiding, training/opleiding en andere personele aangelegenheden als het maken van arbeidscontracten, het opstellen van contracten voor freelancers en het organiseren van medewerkermeetings.
