The HR business partner acts as a partner to business management and as a coach for the managers of the business team and enables them to achieve their objectives and goals. He or she advises and supports managers and employees on all HR related topics. Implements global HR policies and processes and works strongly together with international HR department. The business partner proactively identifies HR related issues and proposes solutions. Works as a projectmanager on HR projects within NL and EMEA.

Candidates should have a degree in business administration or a HR related subject. At least seven years allround experience as Human Resources Advisor within an international environment. Proven success supporting the development and implementation of HR processes and strategies. The ideal candidate is service and quality driven and able to shift between operational and tactical level. He or she has an understanding for complex organisations and a mindset for changes. Is an excellent organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in Dutch and English.

The HR manager manages and delivers HR services to the location and supports the implementation of the strategic goals on location level.He or she is member of the Management Team. Ensures optimal information flow and seamless execution and coordination of all HR processes at the location. He or she manages the industrial relations at the location, including maintaining collective labor agreements, representation in negotiations and work councils. The HR manager is the key contact for all employees (150 fte) and managers at the location for questions regarding collective labor agreements, HR policies and practices. Leads or actively participates in projects and gives effective support for HR related change across the company.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a HBO degree in human sciences and five years of hands-on experience in HR. He or she has working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations and experience in the development of HR policies. Project management and change management skills are required, as well as English language fluency. The ideal candidate has experience in working for a multinational, manufacturing company. He or she is willing to work in another country in the future.

Offered is a fulltime (4 days is not possible!)job as a solo HR manager within an international dynamic environment. Gross Year salary 65.000 euro.

Required

In opdracht van een klein IT consultancy bureau is pzSearch MET SPOED op zoek naar een Hr Adviseur.

In verband met de groeidoelstelling van de opdrachtgever is de Hr adviseur verantwoordelijk voor de werving & selectie van nieuwe medewerkers. Voert beoordelinggesprekken, functioneringsgesprekken en PIP/POP gesprekken met de consultants. Hij of zij houdt zich bezig met ziekteverzuimbegeleiding, training/opleiding en andere personele aangelegenheden als het maken van arbeidscontracten, het opstellen van contracten voor freelancers en het organiseren van medewerkermeetings. De HR adviseur is een coach en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan het management over P&O beleid en vraagstukken. Daarnaast is hij of zij ook verantwoordelijk voor een juiste (maandelijkse) afhandeling van de gewerkte uren van de consultants en bereidt de facturatie voor.

De ideale kandidaat heeft een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding op het gebied van Personeel en Arbeid (of vergelijkbaar). Heeft uitstekende kennis van het arbeidsrecht en minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. De projectmanager ondersteunt de HR manager met de planning en uitvoer van een aantal HR-projecten binnen Europa. Hij of zij coördineert de verschillende activiteiten, plant afspraken in, bewaakt de voortgang en onderhoudt (lokale) contacten. Houdt de acties en resultaten bij in een projectsysteem. Een en ander zal nader gedefinieerd worden tijdens de project(en).

De gezochte kandidaat beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en meerdere jaren HR-ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie .
